EKSPLORASI MIKROALGA DI AIR TERJUN WATERVANG KOTA LUBUKLINGGAU

Abstract


This study aims to explore the types of microalgae that exist in Watervang Waterfall Lubuklinggau City. This research was conducted in June-July 2016 in area Watervang Waterfall of Lubuklinggau City. Sampling is done in the morning, done on two stations with three repetitions. The study is explorative descriptive: exploring the microalgae and identifying it. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitative. The types of microalgae found in waters of Watervang Waterfall of Lubuklinggau city consist of 3 Divisions, 6 classes of 14 genus and 15 species. The microalgae of the Bacillariophyceae class consists of 3 types: Synedra ulna, Rhizosolenia sp, Navicula sp. Chlorophyceae class consists of 7 types namely: Gonatozygon sp, Scenedesmus sp, Pediastrum duplex, Pediastrum singulex, Mougeotia sp, Selenastrum sp, Closteridium sp. Trebouxiophyceae class consists of 1 type, namely: Chlorella sp. Ulvophyceae class consists of 1 type: Ulothrix sp. Class Zygnemophyceae consists of 1 type: Pleurotaenium sp. Class Cyanophyceae consists of 2 types: Synechococcus sp and Oscillatoria sp.
